Submitting a Support Ticket

If you encounter an issue or have a custom inquiry, our support staff is ready to help.

Steps to Create a Ticket

1. Sign up or log in to your OffZio account.
2. Navigate to the Support Tickets section from the main navigation bar.
3. Click Create New Ticket.
4. Enter your Main Account Email, ticket title, detailed message, and optional attachment (images, logs, or PDFs).
5. Submit the ticket. Our system immediately notifies our support engineers on Telegram.
