All about Settings

Settings is the publisher portal account page. You update your profile, copy your publisher ID for tracking links, see postbacks and tracking tokens, choose email notifications, and view password / 2FA options for your login.

The page title is Settings. The subtitle reads: Manage your account settings and preferences. Four tabs: Profile (default), API & TrackingNotifications, and Security.

Note: This is not admin Settings → Account → Profile or Security, and not Publisher Portal Settings (what the network shows affiliates). Those are Network Admin pages. Here you only manage your publisher account.

Who this page is for

Publishers (affiliates) signed into the publisher portal. Your sidebar profile shows role Publisher. Example names, emails, and phones in this article are illustrations.

A Network Admin may open the same page with Login as Publisher. Changes then apply to that publisher’s account, not the admin login.

How to open Settings

  1. Sign in to the publisher portal.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.

The publisher menu matches the Dashboard: Dashboard, Offers, News, Reports, Conversions, Payments, Settings (current).

Note: Offer Details may say to manage postbacks and pixels in Settings and offer Go to Settings. That destination is the API & Tracking tab. This article does not invent a pixel builder.

Profile Information

On the Profile tab, the section is Profile Information. Instruction: Update your account profile information.

Fields shown:

  1. Full Name — Example illustration: Sabbir Ali.
  2. Email — Login / contact email. Screenshot addresses are illustrations only.
  3. Phone — Example illustration: +1234567890.
  4. Street Address — Placeholder: Street address.
  5. City — Placeholder: City.
  6. State — Placeholder: State.
  7. Postal Code — Placeholder: Postal code.
  8. Tax ID — Placeholder: Tax ID.

Save Changes sits at the bottom left of this section. Profile edits are not live until you save.

Traffic Sources

Still on Profile. Subtitle: Traffic source configuration (contact support to update.)

The page states: Contact your account manager to add or update traffic source domains.

There are no editable traffic-source fields. Publishers cannot change domains here.

API & Tracking

Open the API & Tracking tab.

API Access

Description: Your publisher ID for tracking links.

  1. Publisher ID (Partner ID) — Example illustration: 1.
  2. Copy — Copies that id.

The page note: Use this as pid in your tracking links. That is the same pid on click URLs from Campaigns / Offer Details (pattern click?cid=...&pid=...). Copy your live id, not the example 1.

Postback URLs

Description: Your global postback URLs for conversion tracking.

Empty state shown: No postback URLs configured. Contact your account manager to add postback URLs.

This article does not invent a postback URL form or pixel builder. If Offer Details sent you here and the list is empty, contact your account manager.

Tracking Tokens

Description: Available tracking tokens for your campaigns.

Tokens visible in the screenshot (if the live page lists more, use the live list):

  1. {clickid} — Unique click identifier
  2. {pub_id} — Your publisher ID
  3. {offer_id} — Offer identifier
  4. {sub1} — Custom sub ID 1

Use the product spelling {clickid} as shown. Admin Security / Global Postback macros use names such as {click_id} in a different context. Do not mix the two lists unless the live page shows the same token.

Notifications

Open the Notifications tab. Section: Email Notifications. Instruction: Choose what emails you want to receive.

Four toggles (ON/OFF below is one account’s screenshot — not a required default):

  1. Payment Notifications — Get notified when payments are processed. Shown ON.
  2. New Offers — Receive alerts about new available offers. Shown ON.
  3. Performance Reports — Weekly summary of your performance. Shown OFF.
  4. Account Updates — Important updates about your account. Shown ON.

No Save button was shown on this tab. Treat the toggles as the controls on the page. If the live page asks you to save, follow the live page. These are email preferences only — not in-app notification settings.

Security

Open the Security tab. This is not admin Security Settings (network 2FA and Global Postback).

Change Password

Description: Update your password regularly for security.

Notice: To change your password, please contact your account manager or network administrator.

There are no password fields on this screen. This article does not invent a change-password form.

Two-Factor Authentication

Description: Add an extra layer of security to your account.

  1. Enable 2FA — Protect your account with two-factor authentication. Toggle shown OFF.

Leave the toggle off unless you intend to enable it. This article does not invent authenticator apps, backup codes, or a setup wizard after you turn it on. The network may also require email 2FA for publishers under admin Security Settings — that is a separate network-level control. This toggle is what the publisher sees on their own Settings.

Common tasks

Update your profile

  1. Open sidebar Settings (Profile tab).
  2. Edit Full Name, Email, Phone, address fields, and Tax ID as needed.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Copy your publisher ID

  1. Open API & Tracking.
  2. Click Copy next to Publisher ID (Partner ID).
  3. Confirm the same pid appears on your Offer Details tracking link.

Ask for a postback

  1. Open API & Tracking → Postback URLs.
  2. If you see the empty state, contact your account manager to add postback URLs.
  3. Do not expect a form on this tab.

Choose email notifications

  1. Open Notifications.
  2. Set the four toggles the way you want mail about payments, new offers, weekly performance, and account updates.
  3. Follow a Save control if the live page shows one.

Change password or 2FA

  1. Open Security.
  2. For a password change, contact your account manager or network administrator.
  3. Use Enable 2FA only if you want that extra step on this account.

Best practices

  1. Save Profile Information after you edit. Traffic Sources stay AM-managed.
  2. Keep Email accurate — Notifications and login both depend on it.
  3. Copy Publisher ID from the live tab. Example 1 is not your id.
  4. Use {clickid}{pub_id}{offer_id}, and {sub1} exactly as listed when you build URLs from this token list.
  5. If you impersonate a publisher, Exit impersonation before you change someone else’s 2FA or email.
  6. Payout wallet details are on publisher Payments, not on this Profile tab.
