OffZio
Network Affiliates Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

This Dashboard is the home screen of the publisher portal — the affiliate login. After you sign in as a publisher, it shows your clicks, conversions, and payout for the selected date range, plus offers to promote, news, and your assigned account manager.

Note: This is not the Network Admin Dashboard. Admin home shows network-wide revenue, profit, and rankings. Here, Payout is what you earn. Advertiser revenue and network profit are not on this page.

Who this page is for

Publishers (affiliates) who send traffic to OffZio offers. Your sidebar profile card shows your name and role Publisher. Example illustration: Sabbir Ali — not a real contact.

If you are a Network Admin, open the publisher portal with Login as Publisher to see this same home screen as the affiliate would.

How to open the publisher Dashboard

  1. Sign in to the publisher portal (not the admin Settings area).
  2. In the left sidebar, click Dashboard. It is highlighted when you are on this page.

Sidebar and top bar

The publisher menu (only items shown):

  1. Dashboard — This home screen (current).
  2. Offers — Browse campaigns you can promote.
  3. News — Network announcements for publishers.
  4. Reports — Deeper performance reports for your traffic.
  5. Conversions — Your conversion list.
  6. Payments — Your payout / payment area.
  7. Settings — Your publisher account settings (not admin Security or network Profile).

At the bottom of the sidebar: your name, role Publisher, and Log out.

The top bar (only what is visible):

  1. Global search
  2. Theme toggle (dark / light)
  3. Calendar icon
  4. Balance (example illustration: $0) — the amount shown in the header. This article does not invent withdrawal math.
  5. Notification bell
  6. User profile details

Note: Which of Offers, News, Reports, Payments, and Settings you see can depend on what the network enabled in Publisher Portal Settings. This article describes the menu in the screenshot.

Date range, Browse Offers, and View Reports

The main header is Dashboard plus a welcome message. The date range is shown as Last 30 Days. That period drives the KPI cards, Performance Overview chart, and Your Offers (“this period”).

  1. Browse Offers — Opens Offers.
  2. View Reports — Opens Reports.

This article does not document those page layouts. Change the date range first if clicks or payout look lower or higher than you expect.

Account manager

The Account Manager card shows who the network assigned to you — the same idea as Assign to Team Member on the admin side. Contact them with the details on the card. This article does not invent a chat window.

Fields shown:

  1. Assigned account manager name
  2. Professional email
  3. Skype
  4. Telegram

Example illustration: Sagor Ahmed, handle @test. Use the live card on your Dashboard, not these sample names.

KPI cards

Five cards summarize your traffic and earnings for the selected period. Example values below are illustrations from one Last 30 Days view:

  1. Clicks — How many times your links were clicked (example: 23).
  2. Conversion — How many of those clicks converted (example: 10).
  3. Payout — What you earned as the publisher (example: $30). This is not advertiser revenue or network profit.
  4. CR (Conversion Rate) — Conversions ÷ clicks for your traffic (example: 43.4783%). A small click count can make CR look very high.
  5. EPC (Earnings Per Click) — Your payout ÷ clicks (example: $1.3043). This is payout-side, not advertiser EPC.

This article does not invent extra KPI cards (no Revenue, Profit, or CPC on the publisher Dashboard screenshot).

Performance Overview

A bar chart of your daily volume for the selected range. Legend:

  1. Clicks — Darker bars
  2. Conversions — Lighter bars

The screenshot date span is July 13 – August 11 — an illustration of a Last 30 Days window, not a fixed calendar for every publisher. This article does not invent hover tooltips or extra chart series.

Offers to Promote

A recommended / available offer strip. Columns shown:

  1. Title
  2. Type
  3. CPL
  4. Location

Example illustration: Flirttendre USA web+mob - Premium; Type Public$3 CPL; Location US. Offer titles, payouts, and geos are samples.

Use Browse Offers or the sidebar Offers item for the full catalog. This article does not invent approve or apply workflows that were not shown on the Dashboard.

News Feed

The Dashboard News Feed showed an empty state: No updates / No news. When the network publishes publisher news, announcements appear here and under sidebar News. Publishers only read news; creating articles is an admin task (News Management).

Your Offers

At the bottom of the Dashboard, Your Offers lists offers that had activity for you in the selected period. A badge shows a count such as 1 ranked · this period.

Columns shown:

  1. Title — Offer name (a link)
  2. Clicks
  3. Conversion
  4. Payout

Example illustration: Flirttendre USA web+mob - Premium; 23 clicks; 10 conversions; $30 payout. CR and EPC are not columns on this list. Totals should match the KPI cards for the same date range.

Common tasks

Check this period’s earnings

  1. Sign in to the publisher portal and open Dashboard.
  2. Confirm the date range (for example Last 30 Days).
  3. Read Payout, then Your Offers for which campaigns paid.
  4. Open Conversions or View Reports if you need line-level detail.

Find something to promote

  1. Scan Offers to Promote on the Dashboard.
  2. Click Browse Offers (or sidebar Offers) for the full list.

Contact your account manager

  1. On the Dashboard, open the Account Manager card.
  2. Use the live email, Skype, or Telegram shown there — not example handles from help articles.

Best practices

  1. Set the date range before you compare yesterday to last month.
  2. Treat Payout and EPC as your earnings. They are not the advertiser’s revenue.
  3. A high CR on few clicks (for example 10 conversions on 23 clicks) is not the same as a stable rate at scale.
  4. Use News in the sidebar when the Dashboard feed is empty.
  5. Log out from the sidebar on a shared computer.
