Payments

Payments is the publisher portal earnings page. You see your available balance, pending and due amounts, approved earnings that are not yet on an invoice, paid invoice history, and the one payout method the network configured for you.

The page title is Payments. The subtitle reads: Track your earnings and payment history.

Note: This is not admin Publisher Billing, Invoices, or Billing Settings. Those pages are how the network invoices and pays publishers. Here you only track your balances and history. There is no request-payout button on this screen.

Who this page is for

Publishers (affiliates) signed into the publisher portal. Your sidebar profile shows role Publisher.

A Network Admin may open the same page with Login as Publisher. Balances, invoices, and the payout method then belong to that publisher — not the admin login.

How to open Payments

  1. Sign in to the publisher portal.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Payments.

The publisher menu matches the Dashboard: Dashboard, Offers, News, Reports, Conversions, Payments (current), Settings.

Note: Line-level Payment status (Due / Paid / Unpaid) is on the publisher Conversion report. This page is invoice and payout totals. This article does not document those other layouts.

Summary cards

Three cards sit above the tabs. Use the product’s own footer text:

  1. Available Balance — Footer: Approved, not yet invoiced. Example illustration: $0.
  2. Pending — Footer: Awaiting approval. Example illustration: $0. Conceptually this is earnings still waiting on conversion approval.
  3. Due — Footer: On unpaid invoices. Example in one screenshot: $30.

Card amounts can differ between visits. Another screenshot showed all three at $0. Treat every figure as an illustration of that moment, not a fixed rule.

Tip: Available Balance is approved money not yet on an invoice. Due is already invoiced but unpaid. They are not the same bucket.

Pending Payments

Tabs: Pending Payments (active in the first screenshot), Payment HistoryPayment Methods.

Section title: Pending Payments. Caption: Approved earnings not yet included on an invoice.

The screenshot empty state is: No pending payments.

When Available Balance and this list are empty, either you have no approved earnings yet, or those earnings are already on an invoice. Due can still show an amount — that money lives on unpaid invoices (Payment History / invoice state), not on this empty list.

This article does not invent a request-payment workflow. The publisher sees the list (or the empty state) only.

Payment History

Select the Payment History tab. Subtitle: Paid invoices and completed payouts.

Columns shown:

  1. Invoice — Example: INV-PUB-1, with date underneath Aug 11, 2026.
  2. Period — Example: Aug 4, 2026 – Aug 10, 2026.
  3. Method — Example: USDT.
  4. Status — Shown as paid.
  5. Amount — Example: $30.

Invoice IDs, dates, and $30 are illustrations. The Due card help says amounts sit on unpaid invoices. Those invoices may appear here with a different status on the live page. This article only documents the paid row that was shown — not unpaid or overdue columns.

In the Payment History screenshot the three summary cards were all $0. That is a different moment from the $30 Due card on Pending Payments. Do not mix the two screenshots’ numbers.

Payment Methods

Select the Payment Methods tab. Instruction (quote): Manage your payout details for network-configured methods. You can only have one payout method.

One method card was shown:

  1. Header — USDT
  2. Tag — Default
  3. Edit — Top right. Opens that method’s details on the live page. Save whatever that form asks. This article does not invent edit-dialog fields.
  4. Wallet address — A long dummy string in the screenshot. Illustration only. Enter your real address. Never copy the example from help or a screenshot.
  5. Network / chain — TRC20
  6. Asset — USDT

You can only have one payout method. Which method appears is network-configured (admin Billing Settings conceptually). This article does not invent adding a second method or a method picker beyond the card shown. Other networks may show a different method name than USDT / TRC20.

Note: If you are impersonating a publisher, Exit impersonation before you Edit a wallet unless you mean to change that publisher’s payout destination.

Common tasks

Read your balances

  1. Open sidebar Payments.
  2. Read Available Balance (approved, not yet invoiced), Pending (awaiting approval), and Due (on unpaid invoices).
  3. Open Pending Payments to see approved earnings not yet on an invoice — or the empty state.

Find a paid invoice

  1. Open the Payment History tab.
  2. Match Invoice, Period, Method, Status, and Amount to the payout you expect.
  3. For which conversions were Due or Paid, use the publisher Conversion report filters.

Check or edit your payout method

  1. Open Payment Methods.
  2. Confirm the Default method (for example USDT on TRC20).
  3. Click Edit only if you need to update details on the live form. Use your real wallet — never an example string.

Best practices

  1. Empty Pending Payments plus a Due amount usually means the $30 (or whatever Due shows) is already invoiced, not missing from this list.
  2. Keep one correct payout destination. The product allows only one method.
  3. Never paste a screenshot wallet into Edit. Dummy strings will send funds to the wrong place.
  4. Use Conversion report for row-level Due / Paid / Unpaid; use this page for invoice totals.
  5. The network creates invoices and pays them on the admin side. This page does not request a payout.
