Reports Interface
Reports is the publisher portal performance page. You track your clicks, approved conversions, and earnings for a date range, then break the same numbers down by day, campaign, country, or device.
The page title is Reports. The subtitle reads: Track your performance and earnings.
Note: This is not the Network Admin Conversion Report or Other Reports. Those admin pages show network-wide data. Here, Total Earnings is your approved payout. Advertiser revenue and network profit are not on this page.
Who this page is for
Publishers (affiliates) signed into the publisher portal. Your sidebar profile shows role Publisher. Example illustration: Sabbir Ali — not a real contact.
A Network Admin may open the same page with Login as Publisher. Metrics then belong to that publisher account, not the admin login.
How to open Reports
- Sign in to the publisher portal.
- In the left sidebar, click Reports.
The publisher menu matches the Dashboard: Dashboard, Offers, News, Reports (current), Conversions, Payments, Settings.
The top bar shows search, theme, a document/calendar icon, balance (example illustration $0), notifications, and profile.
Note: For line-level conversion rows, use sidebar Conversions. For offer tracking links, use Offers. This article does not document those page layouts.
Date range, Filters, Refresh, and Export
Header actions (right of the title):
- Date range — Shown as Last 30 Days. This period drives the summary cards, all four tabs, and Top Offers.
- Filters — Expands the Filter report card (see below).
- Refresh — Reloads the current report.
- Export — Downloads the current report. This article does not invent a file format (CSV, Excel, or otherwise). Use whatever the live download produces.
Tip: Set the date range first, then Apply filters. Change either one if earnings look lower or higher than you expect.
Summary cards
Five cards summarize this publisher for the selected period and filters. Example values are illustrations from one Last 30 Days view:
- Total Clicks — Help: Valid clicks only. Example: 23.
- Conversions — Help: Approved conversions. Example: 10.
- Conversion Rate (CR) — Example: 43.4783%.
- Total Earnings — Help: Approved payout. Example: $30. This is what you earned, not network revenue.
- EPC (Earnings Per Click) — Example: $1.3043. Payout-side: approved earnings ÷ valid clicks.
This page does not show a pending or rejected status column. Card help refers to valid clicks and approved conversions / payout only.
Filter report
Click Filters to expand a card titled Filter report. Instruction: Filter by country, campaign, or sub IDs.
Fields shown:
- Country — Dropdown. Example: All countries.
- Campaign — Dropdown. Example: All campaigns.
- Sub ID 1 through Sub ID 5 — Text inputs. Placeholders such as
sub_id_1.
Buttons: Clear and Apply filters. Sub IDs match tracking parameters from Campaigns / Get Tracking Link (sub1–sub5 on this panel). This article does not invent Sub ID 6–10, a device filter, or a status filter here.
Daily Performance and Top Offers

Common tasks
Review the last 30 days
- Open sidebar Reports.
- Leave the date range on Last 30 Days (or change it if you need another window).
- Read the five summary cards.
- Use the Daily tab and Top Offers to see which days and campaigns paid.
Filter by campaign or sub ID
- Click Filters.
- Choose a Country and/or Campaign, or type Sub ID 1–5 (the same tags you put on the tracking link).
- Click Apply filters. Use Clear to reset.
Compare campaign, country, and device
- Keep the same date range and filters.
- Open By Campaign, then By Country, then By Device.
- Those three lists show Clicks, Conversions, and Earnings only — use Daily (or the summary cards) for CR and EPC.
Export the current view
- Set date range and filters.
- Select the tab you care about.
- Click Export and save the live download.
Best practices
- Treat Total Earnings and EPC as your approved payout, not advertiser revenue.
- A high CR on few clicks (for example 10 conversions on 23 clicks) is not the same as a stable rate at scale.
- Tag Source / sub IDs on the tracking link if you want Sub ID 1–5 filters to mean something.
- Refresh after you send new traffic so Daily rows catch up.
- If you impersonate a publisher, Exit impersonation before you open admin reports.
