Conversion Report

Conversion report is the publisher portal ledger. Each row is one of your conversions — date, status, payment status, campaign, payout, and click id — for the selected date range.

The page title is Conversion report. The subtitle reads: Your conversion ledger — use Reports for clicks and daily aggregates.

Note: This is not the Network Admin Conversion Report. Admins see network-wide conversions and tools that are not on this page. It is also not publisher Reports, which totals clicks and earnings by day, campaign, country, or device. Use this ledger for line-level rows; use Reports for aggregates.

Who this page is for

Publishers (affiliates) signed into the publisher portal. Your sidebar profile shows role Publisher. Example illustration: Sabbir Ali — not a real contact.

A Network Admin may open the same page with Login as Publisher. The ledger then belongs to that publisher account, not the admin login.

How to open Conversion report

  1. Sign in to the publisher portal.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Conversions.

The publisher menu matches the Dashboard: Dashboard, Offers, News, Reports, Conversions (current), Payments, Settings. The top bar shows search (a shortcut hint may appear), theme, balance (example illustration $0), notifications, and profile.

Note: For tracking links, use Offers. For daily or campaign totals, use Reports. This article does not document those page layouts.

Date range, Export CSV, Filters, and Refresh

Header actions:

  1. Date range — Shown as Last 30 Days. This period drives the three summary cards and the ledger.
  2. Export CSV — Downloads the current (filtered) ledger. This article does not invent column mapping.
  3. Filters — Opens Conversion report filters (see below).
  4. Refresh — Reloads the list.

Summary cards

Three cards summarize this publisher for the selected period. Example values are illustrations:

  1. CONVERSIONS — Example: 10. Trend example: +100% vs prev 30d.
  2. PAYOUT — Example: $30.00. Same style trend. This is your publisher payout, not advertiser revenue.
  3. AVG. PAYOUT — Example: $3.00. Same style trend.

vs prev 30d (or vs the previous matching period) compares this window to the one before it. This article does not invent other KPI cards.

Conversion list

The ledger header shows a count such as 10 conversions • 1-10 of 10.

Each row is one conversion. Columns shown:

  1. Expand chevron — Opens extra fields for that row.
  2. DATE — Date, time, and timezone. Example illustration: Aug 4, 2026, 21:39:42 Asia/Dhaka.
  3. STATUS — Conversion approval. Example: Approved (green).
  4. PAYMENT STATUS — Money state. Example: Due (orange).
  5. CAMPAIGN — Offer name and id. Example illustration: Flirttendre USA web+mob - Premium #1.
  6. PAYOUT — Example: $3.00.
  7. CLICK ID — UUID. Screenshot values are illustrations, not live tracking ids.
  8. SUB ID 1 — A dash when empty.

In the screenshot every visible row was Approved / Due / $3.00. That is an illustration, not a guarantee. Other statuses appear when the network has set them and you filter for them.

Note: Publishers do not approve or reject conversions on this page — those actions were not shown. You can filter by Approved, Pending, Rejected, or Canceled if those rows exist.

Expanded row

Click the chevron to expand one conversion. The expanded header repeats the timestamp, Approved, Due, campaign, $3.00, and the id shown in the shot (same UUID family as click id). Document only fields that are labeled.

Expanded fields shown:

  1. CLICK ID
  2. TRANSACTION ID — Dash when empty.
  3. STATUS — Approved.
  4. PAYMENT — Due.
  5. PARTNER CLICK — Dash when empty.
  6. UNIQUE ID — Dash when empty.
  7. GOAL — Example: cpl.
  8. GOAL ALIAS — Dash when empty.

Empty values show as a dash. This article does not invent sale amount, IP, user agent, or edit buttons.

Conversion report filters

Click Filters. The panel title is Conversion report filters. Footer: Close and Apply.

Status & search

  1. STATUS — Toggles: Approved, Pending, Rejected, Canceled. This is conversion approval, not money.
  2. PAYMENT — Toggles: Paid, Unpaid, Due. This is the money state. For payout history, see sidebar Payments conceptually — this article does not invent invoice workflows.

Campaigns

Help: Show only selected campaigns from your offers.

  1. CAMPAIGNS — Dropdown. Placeholder: Select campaigns...

Sub IDs

Help: Filter by click sub IDs (exact match on sub_id_1 ... sub_id_10).

  1. Sub ID 1 through Sub ID 10 — Placeholder: Exact match.

Unlike publisher Reports (which showed Sub ID 1–5), this ledger filter includes Sub ID 1–10 and requires an exact match.

Table columns

Reset columns restores the default visible set. In the screenshot these were checked (shown on the list):

  1. Date
  2. Payment status
  3. Payout
  4. Sub ID 1
  5. Status
  6. Campaign
  7. Click id

Unchecked (hidden): Sub ID 2 through Sub ID 10. Check a box to show that column; uncheck to hide it. Reset columns returns to the typical checked set above — this article does not invent a different default.

Common tasks

Review this period’s conversions

  1. Open sidebar Conversions.
  2. Set the date range (for example Last 30 Days).
  3. Read CONVERSIONS, PAYOUT, and AVG. PAYOUT.
  4. Scan the ledger, then expand a row for click id, goal, and empty-or-filled extra fields.

Filter by status or campaign

  1. Click Filters.
  2. Toggle STATUS and PAYMENT as needed.
  3. Optionally select campaigns from your offers.
  4. Click Apply.

Find a conversion by sub ID

  1. Open Filters.
  2. Enter the exact Sub ID 1–10 value you put on the tracking link.
  3. Apply. A partial string will not match.

Export the ledger

  1. Set date range and filters.
  2. Click Export CSV.
  3. Save the live download. Screenshot click ids are not real ids to look up.

Best practices

  1. Use Reports for daily totals; use this page when you need one click id or one payout row.
  2. Treat Payout as your publisher earning. It is not advertiser revenue.
  3. Do not confuse STATUS (Approved / Pending / Rejected / Canceled) with PAYMENT (Paid / Unpaid / Due).
  4. Tag sub IDs on the tracking link if you want exact-match filters to work.
  5. If you impersonate a publisher, Exit impersonation before you open the admin Conversion Report.
