Branding Settings
Branding Settings control how your OffZio network looks to staff and partners: the public network name, logo, favicon, color theme, dashboard font, legal links, and optional Intercom chat.
This article covers only Branding. Timezone, currency, auto-approve, and fallback URL live on General Settings (Settings → Network Settings → General). Do not change those defaults on this page.
What Branding Settings control
A Network Admin uses Branding to set the network’s identity:
- The display name shown in browser tabs and the footer.
- Logo and favicon images.
- A color theme for sidebar, navigation, and pages.
- An optional custom accent color for buttons and highlights.
- Dashboard typography (independent of the theme).
- Company website, privacy policy, and terms of service URLs.
- Optional Intercom live chat.
Note: Screenshots may show a sample name such as CPALovers. Enter the name your partners should see — for example OffZio, or another public network name. Example URLs and colors in this article are illustrations only.
Who can change Branding
Only a Network Admin should change Branding Settings. Publishers and advertisers cannot open this page.
Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure. It should show a name and role such as OffZio Admin · Network Admin.
How to open Branding Settings
- Sign in as a Network Admin.
- In the left sidebar, click Settings.
- Under Network Settings, click Branding.
The main block is titled Brand Identity. Discard changes and Save Changes sit at the bottom of the page.
Network Name
Network Name is a text field. The in-app help reads: Display name for your network, shown in browser tabs and footer.
Type the public name partners should recognize. Use OffZio if that is your brand, or the trading name you use with advertisers and publishers. This is a label, not a login email and not the currency or timezone from General Settings.
Logo
Upload a logo and preview it on the page. A delete control removes the current file so you can replace it.
The in-app help reads: Transparent PNG recommended for best results.
Tip: Prefer a transparent PNG so the logo sits cleanly on both light and dark sidebar backgrounds. Avoid a busy photo or tiny text that disappears when the image is scaled down.
Favicon
Upload a smaller icon for browser tabs. A delete control removes the current favicon.
The in-app help reads: Icon displayed in browser tabs (16x16 or 32x32 px).
Note: Logo and favicon are different files. A wide logo will look poor as a tab icon. Export a simple 16×16 or 32×32 square (PNG or ICO) for the favicon.
Theme
Theme applies colors across the sidebar, navigation, and pages. The in-app help reads: Applies colors across sidebar, navigation, and pages.
A Reset to default link sits in the Theme header. Use it to return the theme preset to Default — not to discard every unsaved field on the page.
Preset grid:
- Default (can be the selected preset)
- Ocean
- Forest
- Slate
- Violet
- Sunset
- Midnight
- Rose
- Indigo
- Amber
Click a preset to preview it, then save if you want to keep it.
Custom accent color
This block is collapsible. It lets you override only the theme’s primary color.
- Checkbox: Override the theme's primary color
- Color bar / picker for the accent
The in-app help reads: Used for buttons, active states, and highlights.
Tip: Pick a theme first, then override the accent only if you need brand-specific buttons. Leave the checkbox off if the preset already matches your brand.
Typography
The page states: Typography for the dashboard — independent of your theme.
Choose a font from the dropdown (example: DM Sans). Changing Ocean to Midnight does not change this font. Changing the font does not change theme colors.
Legal & Contact Information
- Company Website — Placeholder:
https://company.com - Privacy Policy URL — Placeholder:
https://company.com/privacy - Terms of Service URL — Placeholder:
https://company.com/terms
Note: Replace the placeholders with live pages before you invite partners. Broken privacy or terms links look unprofessional and can block onboarding. Do not save https://company.com as if it were your site.Integrations
Intercom App ID has the placeholder abcd1234. The help text is: Enable Intercom live chat support.
Intercom is optional. Leave the field empty if you do not use Intercom. If you do, paste the App ID from your Intercom workspace — not a random sample id.
Discard changes and Save Changes
- Discard changes — Throws away unsaved edits on this form and returns to the last saved branding.
- Save Changes — Applies network name, images, theme, font, legal URLs, and Intercom.
Note: Reset to default (in Theme) resets the color preset to Default. Discard changes (in the footer) discards the whole unsaved form, including name, uploads, and URLs you have not saved yet.
Step-by-step: update branding
- Open Settings → Network Settings → Branding.
- Enter your public Network Name.
- Upload a transparent PNG Logo. Delete the old file first if you are replacing it.
- Upload a 16×16 or 32×32 Favicon.
- Select a Theme preset. Use Reset to default only if you want the Default theme back.
- Optionally open Custom accent color, check override, and pick a button color.
- Choose a dashboard Font. Remember it is independent of the theme.
- Paste real Company Website, Privacy Policy URL, and Terms of Service URL.
- Add an Intercom App ID only if you use Intercom.
- Click Save Changes. If the preview is wrong and you have not saved, click Discard changes.
Best practices
- Use the name partners already know. Do not leave a sample brand from a screenshot.
- Keep logo (wide/mark) and favicon (square, tiny) as separate assets.
- Test the theme on both the admin sidebar and a Login as Publisher view if you need to see what affiliates see.
- Publish privacy and terms pages before you send advertisers or publishers live links.
- Leave Intercom blank rather than pasting a placeholder id.
- Save after you confirm the preview. Discard is for unsaved mistakes, not for rolling back last week’s save.
