OffZio
Network Admin Dashboard

Sign Up Page Settings

Sign Up Page Settings control whether people can create their own OffZio accounts from the public registration pages. You choose separately for publishers (affiliates) and advertisers.

This page is simple: two tabs, one Allow Sign Up toggle on each, and Save Changes. It is not a form builder or landing-page editor.

What this setting controls

A Network Admin uses this screen to decide if the network is invite-only or open to self-registration:

  1. Allow Sign Up OFF — The public sign-up page for that role is disabled. New partners are created only by a Network Admin inside OffZio.
  2. Allow Sign Up ON — Partners can register themselves on the public sign-up page for that role.

Note: Turning sign-up off does not stop you from adding partners yourself. Use Add a Publisher or Add an Advertiser (Dashboard Shortcuts or the Publisher / Advertiser menus) for invite-only onboarding.

Who can change Sign Up Page Settings

Only a Network Admin should change these toggles. Publishers and advertisers cannot open this page.

Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure. It should show a name and role such as OffZio Admin · Network Admin.

How to open Sign Up Page Settings

  1. Sign in as a Network Admin.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  3. Under Network Settings, click Sign Up Page.

The title is Sign Up Page. Two tabs appear: Publisher Sign Up and Advertiser Sign UpSave Changes sits at the bottom right.

Publisher tab vs Advertiser tab

The two tabs are independent.

  1. Publisher Sign Up — Controls public self-registration for affiliates who send traffic.
  2. Advertiser Sign Up — Controls public self-registration for companies that fund campaigns.

Turning on Publisher sign-up does not turn on Advertiser sign-up. Many networks leave advertiser registration off and only open publisher sign-up — or keep both off and invite every partner manually.

Allow Sign Up ON vs OFF

In the product, the toggle may appear OFF (gray) on both tabs until you enable it.

  1. OFF — No public self-registration for that role. Existing accounts still sign in as usual. Network Admins can still create publishers and advertisers from inside OffZio.
  2. ON — Visitors can open the public sign-up page for that role and submit a registration.

Note: You must click Save Changes after you move the toggle. An unsaved change is not live.

Tip: reCAPTCHA on registration pages is configured in General Settings (Automation & Security), not on this screen. If you turn sign-up ON, confirm reCAPTCHA is set the way you want on General Settings.

When to keep sign-up OFF vs ON

  1. Keep OFF — Private or invite-only networks, or when you want to review every partner before they exist. Create accounts with Add a Publisher or Add an Advertiser.
  2. Turn ON — Open recruitment, when you want affiliates or advertisers to apply themselves.

A self-registered partner may still be Pending until you approve them. Review status on Manage Publishers or Manage Advertisers, then set the account to Active when your process allows traffic or spend.

Step-by-step: enable or disable publisher sign-up

  1. Open Settings → Network Settings → Sign Up Page.
  2. Select the Publisher Sign Up tab.
  3. Set Allow Sign Up to ON (open) or OFF (invite-only).
  4. Click Save Changes.

Step-by-step: enable or disable advertiser sign-up

  1. Stay on Sign Up Page.
  2. Select the Advertiser Sign Up tab.
  3. Set Allow Sign Up independently of the publisher toggle.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Best practices

  1. Default to OFF until branding, legal URLs, and (if you want it) reCAPTCHA are ready.
  2. Save after every toggle. Switching tabs does not save the other tab for you unless you already clicked Save Changes.
  3. After you enable public sign-up, watch the Pending queue on Manage Publishers or Manage Advertisers.
  4. Invite-only networks should leave both toggles OFF and use the in-app create forms.
  5. Enabling publisher sign-up is not the same as approving traffic. Pending publishers may still need review.
