Manage Publishers
After an affiliate exists in OffZio, you manage them from the Publishers list and the Publisher Details page. Use these screens to find a publisher, check status, review what you owe them, impersonate their login, and update billing or API settings.
This guide covers day-to-day management. To create a new publisher (company name, contact, password, status, and team assignment), see Add a Publisher.
What Manage Publishers is for
Publishers send traffic to your CPA campaigns. The Publishers module is where Network Admins:
- See every affiliate and filter them by status.
- Search, export, and refresh the list.
- Read Affiliate ID, last login, and Total Payable at a glance.
- Open a publisher to edit profile data, billing preferences, internal notes, and API settings.
- Log in as the publisher to confirm what the partner sees.
- Jump to that publisher’s reports, clicks, conversions, postbacks, and billing.
- Suspend or remove a publisher when the relationship must pause or end.
Note: Only a Network Admin should manage publishers, change billing or API settings, or delete accounts. Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure.
How to open the Publishers list
- Sign in as a Network Admin.
- In the left sidebar, click Publisher.
- The page title is Publishers. The subtitle reads Manage your network publishers.
The top-right primary button is + Add Publisher. That opens the create form documented in Add a Publisher. Everything else on this page is for affiliates who are already in the network.
Status tabs
Above the list, tabs group publishers and show a count for each group. Click a tab to show only that status.
- All Publishers — Every affiliate in the network, regardless of status.
- Pending — Accounts that exist but are not yet approved to run traffic under normal network rules. Finish review before you issue live links at scale.
- Active — Affiliates who can promote campaigns and log in under normal network rules.
- Suspended — Affiliates temporarily blocked. Use this when you need to pause access without deleting the record.
Tip: Start on All Publishers when you are searching by name or email. Switch to Pending when you are working the approval queue, and to Suspended when you are reviewing paused partners.
Search, export, refresh, and filters
The toolbar sits under the status tabs.
- Search publishers... — Type a company name, contact name, email, or Affiliate ID to narrow the list.
- Export — Download the current list (respecting the active tab, search, and filters) for finance or offline review.
- Refresh — Reload the list so new publishers, status changes, last-login values, and payable amounts appear.
- Filters — Open extra criteria when search alone is not enough (for example, narrowing a large network).
Note: Export uses what you currently see. Set the status tab and search first, then click Export.
How to read a list row
Each row is one publisher. Columns appear in this order:
- Checkbox — Select one or more rows for bulk actions when your workflow uses them.
- Affiliate ID — The unique numeric id OffZio assigned when the publisher was created.
- Name — Avatar initials, the company or team name (a link), and the contact person’s name underneath.
- Contacts — The publisher’s email, which is also their login address.
- Country — Country from the publisher profile. Empty if address was never filled.
- Status — Current account state, such as an Active badge.
- Total Payable — Amount due to the publisher, with the approved portion shown beside it (for example, $30 and $30 approved).
- Last Login — When the publisher last signed in.
- Actions — The three-dot menu on the right.
For illustration only, a row might look like this: Affiliate ID 1, name DemoTeam / contact John Doe, email demoaff@offzio.com, status Active, Total Payable $30 ($30 approved), Last Login Aug 11, 2026. Your live list will show your own partners.
Note: Total Payable on the list is a payout snapshot. Open Publisher Details for Approved Balance, Pending Balance, and the full definition of Total Payable.
Opening Publisher Details
Click the publisher name in the Name column. OffZio opens Publisher Details.
- Breadcrumb: Publishers > [Publisher name]
- Title: Publisher Details
- Subtitle: View and manage publisher information.
Header buttons on the details page:
- View changes — Review recent edits to this publisher record.
- Login As — Impersonate the publisher account to see their login, links, and reporting.
- Edit — Change company, contact, address, manager, or other profile fields.
- Delete — Permanently remove the publisher. This is a destructive action.
Note: Delete is permanent. Do not delete a publisher who still has unpaid balances, live traffic, or a history you need for audit. Prefer Suspended when you only need to stop access.
Tip: After you use Login As, return to your Network Admin session before you change Settings, approve billing, or delete records.
Details page layout
The left side is a profile sidebar. The rest of the page shows financial cards, performance tabs, billing preferences, and API settings.
Profile sidebar
- Name — The publisher as it appears across OffZio.
- PUB ID — The publisher’s numeric id, such as
#1. This matches Affiliate ID on the list. - Status badge — For example, Active.
Quick links
- Login As — Open the publisher-scoped view.
- Reports — Performance reports limited to this affiliate.
- Clicks — Click log for traffic they sent.
- Conversions — Conversion and credit history.
- Billing — Payout and invoice activity for this publisher.
Contact
- Full Name — The primary contact person.
- Email — Login and contact email.
- Phone — Phone number if one was saved.
- Country — Country from the profile.
- Address — Street or location text if it was provided.

- Joined Date — When the publisher was created in OffZio.
- Last Login — Most recent successful sign-in.
- Account Manager — The assigned OffZio team member.
- Registration IP — IP recorded when the account was created or registered.
Financial balances
Three cards summarize what the network owes this publisher:
- Approved Balance — Amount already approved for payout.
- Pending Balance — Amount still waiting for approval. It is not yet treated as payable.
- Total Payable — Approved amount plus other due amounts. The page notes: Approved + due (excludes pending).
Note: Pending conversions or unapproved earnings sit in Pending Balance. They do not increase Total Payable until they are approved. Use that distinction when you plan a payout run.
Performance tabs
Below the financial cards, tabs break the account down further:
- Overview — Snapshot including Total Campaigns, Active Campaigns, Total Clicks, Conversions, and Conversion Rate. This tab is selected when you first open details.
- Trends — Performance over time for this publisher.
- Postbacks — Postback configuration and delivery for this affiliate. Use this tab when you need to review or copy how conversions are fired back.
- Billing — Payout history and billing activity tied to this publisher.
- Activity Log — History of changes and events on the account.
Tip: If Overview numbers look empty, the publisher may still be Pending, have no live campaigns, or have never sent traffic. Check status, Last Login, and Active Campaigns before you escalate.
Custom fields, referrals, and internal notes
Custom Fields
Custom Fields store extra data your network has defined for publishers. If nothing is stored, the page shows No custom field data.
Referral Information
- Referred By — The partner or user who referred this publisher. A dash (—) means nobody is recorded.
- Referral Commission — Commission configured for that referral relationship (for example, $0).
Internal Note
Internal notes are private to the network. They are not shown to the publisher. If nothing has been saved, the page shows No internal notes added. Use the pencil control to edit notes — traffic-source comments, quality flags, or onboarding context.
Note: Treat Internal Note as visible to other Network Admins. Do not store passwords or payment secrets there if your security policy forbids it.
Billing Preferences
Billing Preferences control how this publisher is paid. The block is editable. Typical fields:
- Payment Terms — When payouts are due. May show Not set until you configure them.
- Invoice Frequency — How often invoices are generated — for example, Weekly On Monday.
- Billing Email — Address used for payout and invoice messages. This can differ from the login email.
- Beneficiary Name — Name on the payment account.
- Beneficiary Address — Address used for payout compliance.
- Tax ID — Tax identifier if your network collects one.
- VAT — VAT rate applied to this publisher (for example, 0%).
Tip: Confirm Billing Email and Beneficiary Name before the first payout. Wrong details delay payment even when Approved Balance is correct.
API Access and Settings
The API Access & Settings block is editable. Status indicators show how the account is configured:
- API Access — Enabled or Disabled.
- Public to Users — Yes or No.
- Email Verified — Verified or Not Verified.
Use the Postbacks tab when you need to review how this publisher’s conversions are sent back to their tracker. Change API Access only when your integration process requires it.

- If Last Login is missing or very old, confirm the partner received their email and password from onboarding.
- Assign the correct Account Manager so quality and payout questions do not sit on the wrong teammate.
- Prefer Suspend over Delete when you may need the history or unpaid balance later.
- Always leave Login As before you edit network Settings or approve billing.
- Create new affiliates with + Add Publisher; do not duplicate an existing row. See Add a Publisher for the form fields.
