Conversion report
The Conversion report is OffZio’s conversion ledger. Each row is one credited action — a lead, sale, or other CPA event — with its status, payment state, campaign, publisher, revenue, payout, and profit.
The page subtitle states: Conversion ledger only — use Campaign performance under Reports for clicks and aggregates. Use this report when you need the individual events that feed Publisher Billing and invoices. Use Campaign performance when you need click volume and rolled-up totals.
What this report is for
Network Admins use the Conversion report to:
- Review every conversion in a date range, not a summary chart.
- Confirm status (Approved, Pending, Rejected, Canceled) and payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Due).
- Find a conversion by click id, transaction id, unique id, or partner click id.
- Reject, mark pending, or cancel a conversion before it is invoiced.
- Export the ledger to CSV for finance or quality review.
Note: Invoices are generated from approved, unpaid conversions. If a conversion should not be paid, change it here before you run Invoices Generation & Management.
When to use this vs Campaign performance
- Conversion report — One row per conversion. IDs, status, duplicate flag, payment status, and money on that event.
- Campaign performance (under Reports) — Clicks and aggregate metrics. Totals and trends, not the ledger line that billing uses.
Tip: If you need “how many clicks did this campaign get?”, open Campaign performance. If you need “why is this publisher’s approved balance $30?”, open the Conversion report.
Who can use the Conversion report
This article describes the Network Admin Conversion report. Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure. It should show a name and role such as OffZio Admin · Network Admin.
How to open the Conversion report
- Sign in as a Network Admin.
- In the left sidebar, open Reports.
- Click Conversion report.
The title is Conversion report. Next to the date range you will see Export CSV, Filters, and Refresh.
Date range
Summary cards and the ledger follow the date control (default: Last 30 Days). Presets:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Year
- Custom
Note: Change the range first if counts look too low or too high. The ledger timestamps include a timezone (for example, Asia/Dhaka). Compare that timezone with a partner’s report before you treat a mismatch as missing conversions.
Summary cards
Five cards total the selected period. They may also show a percentage versus the previous period.
- Conversions — How many ledger events fall in the range (respecting filters).
- Revenue — Amount billed to advertisers for those conversions.
- Payout — Amount owed to publishers for those conversions.
- Profit — Network margin: Revenue minus Payout.
- Avg. Payout — Typical payout per conversion in the result set.
These cards are a snapshot of the ledger, not a substitute for Campaign performance click totals.
Auto-approve
An info banner may read Auto-approve enabled. That means conversions are approved via postback, but a Network Admin can still manually reject or adjust them before invoicing.
Note: Auto-approve speeds operations. It does not lock a conversion forever. Review suspicious rows and use Reject, Mark Pending, or Cancel before you generate invoices.
How to read the ledger
Each row is one conversion. Default columns include:
- Checkbox — Select one or more rows for bulk work when your workflow uses it.
- Date — Conversion timestamp and timezone.
- Status — For example, Approved.
- Duplicate — Whether this event is the Original or a duplicate.
- Payment Status — For example, Unpaid.
- Campaign — The offer that converted.
- Publisher — The affiliate credited for the conversion.
- Revenue — Advertiser value on this event.
- Payout — Publisher earnings on this event.
- Profit — Revenue minus payout on this event.
- Row actions — Reject, Mark Pending, and Cancel.
The footer shows pagination, for example 10 conversions 1–10 of 10.
For illustration only, a row might look like this: Aug 4, 2026, status Approved, Original, payment Unpaid, campaign Demo offer USA web+mob - Premium #1, publisher John Doe, revenue $3.50, payout $3.00, profit $0.50. Your live ledger will show your own events.
Tip: Approved + Unpaid is the typical state that can flow into Publisher Billing’s approved balance and then into invoice generation. Paid or Due means billing has already moved on.
Expanded conversion detail
Expand a row to see tracking identifiers and goal fields:
- Click ID — OffZio click that led to this conversion.
- Transaction ID — Transaction recorded for the event.
- Status — Same conversion status as the row.
- Payment — Payment state for this conversion.
- Partner Click — Partner or publisher click reference.
- Unique ID — Unique id stored on the conversion.
- Goal — Goal type, for example
cpl. - Goal Alias — Display name for that goal, if one is configured.
Note: Use these IDs when a publisher, advertiser, or tracker disagrees about a single event. Search filters can match transaction, unique id, or partner click.
Row actions: Reject, Mark Pending, Cancel
Each row offers three actions. They change whether the conversion is eligible for payout and invoicing.
- Reject — The conversion should not be paid. It drops out of the approved, unpaid pool used for invoices.
- Mark Pending — Hold the conversion for review. Pending earnings are not ready to invoice.
- Cancel — Cancel the conversion so it is no longer treated as a live credited event.
Note: Change status before invoicing. Invoices use approved, unpaid conversions and skip events already on another invoice. Adjusting a conversion after it is invoiced is much harder to unwind.
Export CSV
Click Export CSV to download the current ledger. The file follows the date range and the filters you have applied. Use it for finance, fraud review, or a partner reconciliation.
Tip: Set the date range and click Apply on filters before you export. Export uses what you currently see.
Conversion report filters
Click Filters to open Conversion report filters. Set criteria, then click Apply. Click Close to dismiss the panel without applying a new set of changes.
Status and search
- STATUS — Approved, Pending, Rejected, Canceled.
- PAYMENT — Paid, Unpaid, Due.
- GOAL TYPE — CPA, CPS, CPL, CPI, Revshare.
- SEARCH TRANSACTION / UNIQUE ID / PARTNER CLICK — Contains... Match part of those identifiers.
Campaigns and partners
- Campaigns — Limit the ledger to selected offers.
- Publishers — Limit to selected affiliates.
- Advertisers — Limit to selected advertising partners.
- Teammates (Managers) — Include conversions where the publisher’s manager or the advertiser’s manager is one of the selected teammates.
Sub IDs
Filters for Sub ID 1 through Sub ID 10 use an exact match on click sub IDs (sub_id_1 … sub_id_10). Partial text will not match the way the transaction search does.
Table columns
In the filters panel, Table Columns controls which ledger columns appear. Reset columns restores the defaults.
Selected by default:
- Date
- Duplicate
- Campaign
- Payout
- Status
- Payment status
- Publisher
- Revenue
- Profit
Available but unchecked by default:
- Advertiser
- Advertiser manager
- Sale amount
- Goal type
- Transaction / unique id
- Campaign goal id
- Sub IDs 1–10
- Publisher manager
- Currency
- Goal alias
- Partner click id
- Click id
Tip: Turn on Click id and Transaction / unique id when you are reconciling a tracker. Turn on Sub IDs when you are investigating a sub-publisher.
How this connects to billing
Approved conversions increase the earnings you see on Publisher Billing (and on a publisher’s details page). Invoice generation then picks up approved, unpaid conversions that are not already on an invoice.
- Leave a good conversion Approved and Unpaid until you generate invoices.
- Reject or cancel bad conversions here so they never become Approved Balance.
- Mark Pending when you need more time before the next invoice run.
Common tasks
Find a conversion by click id
- Open Reports → Conversion report.
- Set the date range wide enough to include the event.
- Open Filters.
- Optionally enable the Click id column.
- Search by transaction, unique id, or partner click if you have those values, or scan the expanded row for Click ID.
- Click Apply.
List approved conversions that are still unpaid
- Open the Conversion report.
- Open Filters.
- Set STATUS to Approved and PAYMENT to Unpaid.
- Click Apply.
- Use this list before you open Billing → Invoices and start generation.
Export the ledger
- Set the date range.
- Apply any filters you need.
- Click Export CSV.
- Save the file for finance or a partner review.
Reject a bad conversion before invoicing
- Find the row (campaign, publisher, date, or id).
- Confirm it is not already invoiced (payment still Unpaid is the usual safe window).
- Click Reject (or Mark Pending / Cancel if that matches your process).
- Refresh Publisher Billing if you need to confirm approved balance dropped.
Best practices
- Treat this page as the source of truth for individual conversions; treat Campaign performance as the source for clicks and aggregates.
- Review Auto-approved rows that look unusual before the next invoice run.
- Match timezone and date range with the partner before you dispute a missing conversion.
- Prefer Reject or Mark Pending over paying a conversion you intend to claw back later.
- Use Teammates (Managers) when an account manager needs only “their” advertisers and publishers.
- Reset columns if the ledger becomes hard to scan.
