Other Reports

Under Reports, OffZio has two kinds of screens. The Conversion report is a ledger: one row per conversion. The other five reports are aggregates: they roll clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, and profit into groups such as campaign, publisher, advertiser, day, or manager.

This article covers those five performance reports. When you need a single conversion’s status, click id, or payment state, open the Conversion Report article instead.

What Other Reports are vs the Conversion report

  1. Campaign, Publisher, Advertiser, Daily, and Manager performance — Click and conversion totals. Use these to compare partners, spot a bad day, or see who owns the revenue.
  2. Conversion report — Individual conversion rows. Use that to reject, mark pending, or cancel an event before invoicing.

Note: Aggregate reports answer “how much traffic and money did this group produce?” They do not replace the conversion ledger for billing disputes or invoice eligibility.

Which report to open

All of these live under the sidebar Reports menu:

  1. Conversion report — Individual conversions. Documented separately.
  2. Campaign — Page title Campaign performance. Click and conversion aggregates grouped by campaign.
  3. Publisher — Page title Publisher performance. Click and conversion aggregates grouped by publisher.
  4. Advertiser — Page title Advertiser performance. Click and conversion aggregates grouped by advertiser.
  5. Daily — Page title Daily performance. Click and conversion aggregates grouped by date.
  6. Manager — Page title Manager performance. Click and conversion aggregates grouped by affiliate and advertiser managers.

Tip: Start with Campaign or Daily for a network snapshot. Use Publisher or Advertiser when a partner asks about their numbers. Use Manager when you need internal ownership.

Who can use these reports

This article describes the Network Admin reports. Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure. It should show a name and role such as OffZio Admin · Network Admin.

Shared layout

The five performance reports share the same controls.

  1. Date range — On the report page (for example, Last 30 Days), not inside the filter panel. The filter panel states: Date range is set on the report page.
  2. Export CSV — Downloads the current result set (range, filters, grouping, and metrics).
  3. Filters — Opens Report filters.
  4. Refresh — Reloads totals after new clicks or conversions arrive.

Summary KPI cards

Every performance report shows the same five cards for the selected period. Each card may also show a percentage versus the previous period.

  1. Clicks — Counted / valid clicks used in the report.
  2. Conversions — Credited actions in the range.
  3. Revenue — Amount billed to advertisers.
  4. Payout — Amount owed to publishers.
  5. Profit — Revenue minus Payout.

Default result columns

The result list always starts with a primary grouping column (campaign, publisher, advertiser, date, or managers). Then you typically see:

  1. Gross Clicks
  2. Unique Clicks
  3. Clicks
  4. Revenue
  5. Payout
  6. EPC (Earnings Per Click)

How to read Gross, Unique, Clicks, and EPC

  1. Gross Clicks — All recorded clicks, including repeats and traffic that may later be filtered.
  2. Unique Clicks — Clicks counted as unique users (or unique click keys), so repeat visits do not inflate this number the same way Gross does.
  3. Clicks — Counted / valid clicks used in the report. This is often lower than Gross.
  4. EPC — Earnings per click: revenue divided by the report’s click count. High EPC on very few clicks is not always a quality signal.

Note: If Gross is 23 and Clicks is 1, almost all recorded hits were not counted as valid report clicks. Investigate the campaign or publisher before you scale that traffic.

Campaign performance

Path: Reports → Campaign. The table is titled Campaigns. The first column is Campaign (name and id, as a link).

Use this report to see which offers produce traffic and money. For illustration only, a row might look like this: campaign #1 Demo offer USA web+mob - Premium, Gross 23, Unique 1, Clicks 1, Revenue $35, Payout $30, EPC $35. Your live report will show your own campaigns.

Click the campaign name when you need to open that offer. For the individual conversions behind the totals, switch to the Conversion report and filter by that campaign.

Publisher performance

Path: Reports → Publisher. The first column is Publisher (id and name, as a link).

Use this report to compare affiliates. For illustration only, a row might show publisher #1 John Doe with the same shared click and money columns. Open the publisher name to go to their record; use Publisher Billing when you need balances rather than performance totals.

Advertiser performance

Path: Reports → Advertiser. The table is titled Advertisers. The first column is Advertiser (id and name, as a link).

Use this report to see which advertising partners generate spend and conversions. For illustration only, a row might show advertiser #1 Demo Adv. Click the name to open that advertiser.

Daily performance

Path: Reports → Daily. The table is titled By day. The first column is Date in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Use Daily performance for day-by-day trend and for spotting spikes or flat days. For illustration only, one row might be 2026-08-03 with clicks but $0 revenue, and the next 2026-08-04 with Gross 21, Revenue $35, and Payout $30.

Tip: A day with clicks and no revenue often means the offer did not convert that day. A sudden jump in Gross with weak Clicks or EPC deserves a look in Fraud Analyzer or the Conversion report.

Manager performance

Path: Reports → Manager. The table is titled Managers.

Unlike the other four reports, this one includes both Publisher Manager and Advertiser Manager, plus the shared click and money metrics. A dash (-) means no manager is assigned on that side.

Use Manager performance to see which internal OffZio teammates own the traffic and revenue. Filter by Teammates (Managers) when you only want one account manager’s book of business.

Report filters

Click Filters. The panel title is Report filters. The description reads: Filter by campaigns, partners, grouping, and metrics. Date range is set on the report page. Buttons are Cancel and Apply filters.

Campaigns and partners

Show only selected campaigns, publishers, advertisers, or managers.

  1. Campaigns
  2. Publishers
  3. Advertisers
  4. Teammates (Managers) — Include results where the publisher’s manager or the advertiser’s manager is one of the selected teammates.

Sub IDs

Filter clicks by exact sub id values on the click record (sub_id_1 through sub_id_10). Fields are Sub ID 1 through Sub ID 10exact match.

Note: A partial string that works in the Conversion report’s transaction search will not match a sub id filter here. Enter the full sub id.

Group by

Choose extra dimensions to break down the report. The primary dimension is preset per report type (campaign, publisher, advertiser, date, or managers). Additional options include:

  1. Campaign
  2. Campaign Status
  3. Landing Page
  4. Publisher
  5. Publisher Manager
  6. Advertiser
  7. Advertiser Manager
  8. Date
  9. Week
  10. Month

  13. Operating System
  14. Country (GEO)
  15. State
  16. City
  17. ISP
  18. Sub ID 1 through Sub ID 10

Tip: On Campaign performance, add Country (GEO) or Device when you need to know where the clicks came from. On Daily performance, add Publisher when one day spiked and you need to know who sent the traffic.

Common tasks

Compare publishers

  1. Open Reports → Publisher.
  2. Set the date range on the report page.
  3. Scan Clicks, Revenue, Payout, and EPC.
  4. Open Filters if you only want certain campaigns or teammates.
  5. Click Apply filters.

Find a bad day

  1. Open Reports → Daily.
  2. Choose Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days.
  3. Look for a date with a Gross or Clicks spike, or revenue that dropped to $0.
  4. Optionally group by Publisher or Campaign in filters to see who caused the day.
  5. Open the Conversion report for that date if you need to reject individual events.

Export a performance report

  1. Open the report you need (Campaign, Publisher, Advertiser, Daily, or Manager).
  2. Set the date range.
  3. Apply filters, group by, and metrics.
  4. Click Export CSV.

Break down by country

  1. Open Reports → Campaign (or Publisher, if you are investigating one affiliate).
  2. Set the date range on the page.
  3. Open Filters.
  4. Under Group by, add Country (GEO).
  5. Click Apply filters.

Best practices

  1. Set the date range on the report page before you open filters.
  2. Read Gross, Unique, and Clicks together. Do not scale on Gross alone.
  3. Use Daily performance every morning; use Campaign or Publisher when a KPI looks wrong.
  4. Use Manager performance for internal ownership, not for paying publishers.
  5. Export after filters are applied so finance receives the same view you see.
  6. Jump to the Conversion report when an aggregate row needs a line-by-line explanation.
