Manage Advertisers

What Manage Advertisers is for

Advertisers fund campaigns on your CPA network. The Advertisers module is where Network Admins:

  1. See every advertising partner and filter them by status.
  2. Search, export, and refresh the list.
  3. Open a company to edit profile data, internal notes, and API settings.
  4. Log in as the advertiser to confirm what the partner sees.
  5. Jump to that advertiser’s reports, clicks, conversions, and campaigns.
  6. Remove an advertiser when the relationship must end.

Note: Only a Network Admin should manage advertisers, change API settings, or delete accounts. Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure.

How to open the Advertisers list

  1. Sign in as a Network Admin.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Advertiser.
  3. The page title is Advertisers. The subtitle reads Manage your network advertisers.

The top-right primary button is + Add Advertiser. That opens the create form documented in Add an Advertiser. Everything else on this page is for partners who are already in the network.

Status tabs

Above the list, tabs group advertisers and show a count for each group. Click a tab to show only that status.

  1. All Advertisers — Every company in the network, regardless of status.
  2. Active — Partners who can run campaigns and log in under normal network rules.
  3. Pending — Partners who are created but not yet approved for full use. Finish review before you scale their campaigns.
  4. Suspended — Partners temporarily blocked. Use this when you need to pause access without deleting the record.
  5. Rejected — Partners who were declined or removed from active onboarding. They remain visible for history.

Tip: Start on All Advertisers when you are searching by name or email. Switch to Pending or Suspended when you are working a review queue.

Search, export, refresh, and filters

The toolbar sits under the status tabs.

  1. Search advertisers... — Type a company name, contact name, or email to narrow the list.
  2. Export — Download the current list (respecting the active tab, search, and filters) for offline review or finance.
  3. Refresh — Reload the list so new advertisers, status changes, and last-login values appear.
  4. Filters — Open extra criteria when search alone is not enough (for example, narrowing a large network).

Note: Export uses what you currently see. Set the status tab and search first, then click Export.

How to read a list row

Each row is one advertiser. Columns appear in this order:

  1. Checkbox — Select one or more rows for bulk actions when your workflow uses them.
  2. Name — Company name (a link) plus the contact person’s name underneath.
  3. Contacts — The advertiser’s email, which is also their login address.
  4. Country — Country from the advertiser profile. Empty if address was never filled.
  5. Address — Street or location text from the profile. Empty if not provided.
  6. Primary Manager — The OffZio team member who owns the relationship, shown as a pill — for example, OffZio Admin (#1).
  7. Status — Current account state, such as an ACTIVE badge.
  8. Last Login — When the advertiser last signed in. Never means they have not logged in yet.
  9. Row actions — The three-dot menu on the right: Edit, Login As, and Delete.

For illustration only, a row might look like this: company OffZio, contact Demo Advertiser, email demoadv@offzio.com, manager OffZio Admin, status Active, last login Never. Your live list will show your own partners.

Row actions: Edit, Login As, Delete

Open the three-dot menu at the end of a row.

  1. Edit — Change company, contact, address, manager, or other profile fields. Use this when details are wrong or incomplete.
  2. Login As — Impersonate the advertiser account. Use this to verify what the partner sees: campaigns, reporting, and login state.
  3. Delete — Permanently remove the advertiser. This control is shown as a destructive (red) action.

Note: Delete is permanent. Do not delete an advertiser who still has live campaigns, unpaid invoices, or a history you need for audit. Prefer Suspended when you only need to stop access.

Tip: After you use Login As, return to your Network Admin session before you change Settings, approve billing, or delete records.

Opening Advertiser Details

Click the company name in the Name column. OffZio opens Advertiser Details.

  1. Breadcrumb: Advertisers / [Company name]
  2. Title: Advertiser Details
  3. Subtitle: View and manage advertiser information.

A back arrow returns you to the list. The top-right actions repeat Login AsEdit, and Delete so you do not need to go back to the row menu.

Details page layout

The left side is a profile sidebar. The rest of the page shows API settings, metrics, and performance tabs.

Profile sidebar

  1. Avatar — Initials from the company or contact name.
  2. Company name — The advertiser as it appears across OffZio.
  3. ADV ID — The advertiser’s numeric id, such as #1.
  4. Status badge — For example, Active.

Contact

  1. Full Name — The primary contact person.
  2. Email — Login and contact email.

Account

  1. Joined Date — When the advertiser was created in OffZio.
  2. Primary Manager — The assigned OffZio team member.

Internal Note

Internal notes are private to the network. They are not shown to the advertiser. If nothing has been saved, the page shows No internal notes added. You can edit the note from this sidebar when you need to record contract terms, geo limits, or onboarding context.

Note: Treat Internal Note as visible to other Network Admins. Do not store passwords or payment card numbers there if your security policy forbids it.

Quick actions

Under the profile, shortcuts jump to work for this advertiser only:

  1. Login As — Open the advertiser-scoped view.
  2. Reports — Performance reports limited to this partner.
  3. Clicks — Click log for their campaigns.
  4. Conversions — Conversion log and credit history.
  5. Campaigns — Offers funded by this advertiser.

API Access and Global Postback URL

The API Access & Settings block controls how this advertiser (or your network tracker) receives conversion postbacks.

  1. Global Postback URL — The network-level tracker URL used for partner postbacks. Copy this when the advertiser’s tracker must fire conversions back to OffZio.
  2. Macros Available — Placeholders OffZio replaces at fire time. Typical macros include click_id (the tracked click) and sale_amount (the conversion value).
  3. Example URL — A sample postback that includes those macros so you can see the pattern before you copy it.
  4. Copy URL — Copies the postback URL to the clipboard for the partner or your tracking setup.

Status indicators show how the account is configured. A pencil control lets a Network Admin edit them:

  1. API Access — Enabled or Disabled.
  2. Public to Users — Yes or No.
  3. Email Verified — Verified or Not Verified.

Tip: Copy the Global Postback URL from Advertiser Details rather than typing it by hand. Then confirm click_id and sale_amount are mapped in the partner’s tracker.

Key metrics and performance tabs

Summary metrics on the details page show this advertiser’s commercial footprint:

  1. Total Spend — Amount billed to the advertiser for credited conversions.
  2. Publisher Payout — Amount owed to publishers on this advertiser’s traffic.
  3. Active Campaigns — How many of their offers are currently live.

Below the metrics, tabs break the account down further:

  1. Overview — Snapshot including Total Campaigns, Total Clicks, Total Conversions, and Conversion Rate.
  2. Top Campaigns — Highest-performing offers for this advertiser.
  3. Performance — Deeper trend and quality view beyond the snapshot.
  4. Activity Log — History of changes and events on the account.

Note: If Overview numbers look empty, the advertiser may be new, have no live campaigns, or have never received traffic. Check Last Login on the list and Active Campaigns on the details page.

Common tasks

Find an advertiser

  1. Open Advertiser in the sidebar.
  2. Stay on All Advertisers, or pick a status tab if you already know the state.
  3. Type the company, contact, or email in Search advertisers....
  4. Click the company name to open Advertiser Details.

Export the list

  1. Choose the status tab you need.
  2. Apply search or Filters if you only want a subset.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Save the file for finance, compliance, or an offline review.

Impersonate an advertiser

  1. Find the row or open Advertiser Details.
  2. Click Login As (row menu, details header, or quick actions).
  3. Confirm campaigns, reporting, and postback-related screens look correct.
  4. Return to your Network Admin session when you are done.

Update internal notes

  1. Open Advertiser Details.
  2. In the left sidebar, edit Internal Note.
  3. Save. The advertiser will not see this text.

Copy the Global Postback URL

  1. Open Advertiser Details.
  2. Scroll to API Access & Settings.
  3. Click Copy URL.
  4. Give the URL to the partner or paste it into their tracker, keeping macros such as click_id and sale_amount.

Best practices

  1. Use the list for triage (status, last login, manager) and Details for setup (notes, postback, metrics).
  2. If Last Login is Never, confirm the partner received the email and password from onboarding.
  3. Assign the correct Primary Manager so questions do not sit on the wrong teammate.
  4. Prefer Suspend over Delete when you may need the history later.
  5. Always leave Login As before you edit network Settings or billing.
  6. Create new companies with + Add Advertiser; do not duplicate an existing row. See Add an Advertiser for the form fields.
