OffZio
Network Admin Dashboard

Profile Settings

Profile Settings is the signed-in user’s own account — for the Super Admin / network owner, the main login that came with the network. You change your name, login email visibility, password, phone, invitation links, and whether this account may use the API.

The page title is Profile. The subtitle reads: Manage your account settings and preferences. Click Save Changes at the bottom after you edit.

Note: This is not the Team Members staff list and not Branding Settings. Branding holds the public network name and logo partners see. The Company Name on Profile is this account’s company field. If both exist, they can differ — do not assume they stay in sync.

Note: Security sits nearby under Settings → Account. This article does not document Security.

Who this page is for

Open Profile when you are signed in as the network’s Super Admin (or as yourself, if you are editing your own login). Publishers and advertisers do not use this Settings page.

Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure. It should show a name and role such as OffZio Admin · Network Admin or Super Admin.

How to open Profile

  1. Sign in as the Super Admin / Network Admin whose account you want to edit.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  3. Under Account, click Profile.

Super Admin caution

The product shows this notice on the Super Admin / main network account:

Note: Super Admin Account: This is the main account of your network. You can't delete it. This account comes by default as an admin and a team member along with the network. Please be careful before changing anything here.

Treat email, password, and API access as high-impact. A wrong change can lock you out of the network or expose the API.

Basic Information

  1. Company Name — Example illustration: Demo Network.
  2. First Name — Example illustration: OffZio.
  3. Last Name — Example illustration: Admin.

These values identify this login. They are not a substitute for Branding’s public network name.

Access Credentials

  1. Email — The login email for this account. Example addresses in screenshots are illustrations only.
  2. Public to Users — Toggle, shown ON. When on, partners can see this profile’s public contact (such as the email) as the network or manager identity. When off, that email is not presented to users the same way. Do not treat this as a full privacy policy — it is a visibility switch on this profile.
  3. Change Password — Opens a password change flow. This article does not invent dialog fields that were not shown. Complete whatever the live page asks, then return here.
  4. Phone — Help: Contact phone will not be visible to anyone. It will be used for verification purposes only or to contact the network owner.

Tip: Keep Public to Users ON if publishers and advertisers should know how to reach this Super Admin. Turn it off if you do not want that login email shown to partners.

Publisher Invitation Link

Help: New publishers who sign up from this link will be automatically assigned to your account.

The field shows a register URL (often with ?ref=...) plus a copy control. Example URLs in this article are illustrations. Copy your live link from the page.

Assigned to “your account” means this Profile / manager. That is the same idea as Assign to Team Member on publisher records: the new affiliate is tied to you. Roles with User Visibility set to Assigned Users Only then see those partners as part of their book.

Note: The link only works if publisher signup is possible. Turn Allow Sign Up ON for publishers under Sign Up Page Settings. If Invite Only is ON under Control Settings, public registration URLs are blocked — invitation links still need signup to be possible. Test the copied URL after those settings are saved.

Advertiser Invitation Link

Help: New advertisers who sign up from this link will be automatically assigned to your account.

Same pattern as the publisher link: a URL (often register-as-advertiser?ref=...) plus copy. Copy your live advertiser invite, not an example from help. Advertiser Sign Up must be allowed, and Invite Only must not block public registration URLs, or the link will not complete signup.

API Access

  1. Enable API Access — Toggle, shown ON in the screenshot.
  2. Help: Allow this account to access the API using an API key.
  3. API Documentation — Opens the API docs.

This article does not invent an API key display, regenerate button, or permission scopes. If turning the toggle on later shows a key on the live page, copy it from there and keep it secret. Do not paste keys into Internal Note, chat, or screenshots.

Note: API access is for this account. Leave it off unless you actually call the API. Anyone with the key can act as this Super Admin within whatever the API allows.

Save Changes

Nothing on Profile is guaranteed live until you click Save Changes. Change Password is a separate flow; invitation copy only copies the URL that is already shown.

Common tasks

Update your name

  1. Open Settings → Account → Profile.
  2. Edit First Name, Last Name, and Company Name if needed.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Copy the publisher invitation link

  1. Confirm Sign Up Page Settings allows publisher signup, and that Control Settings Invite Only is not blocking public registration if you need the URL to work openly.
  2. On Profile, find Publisher Invitation Link.
  3. Click the copy control next to the URL.
  4. Send your live link to the affiliate. They sign up and are assigned to this account.

Enable API access

  1. Stay on Profile.
  2. Turn Enable API Access ON only if this account should call the API.
  3. Click Save Changes.
  4. If the live page then shows a key, copy it once and store it securely. Open API Documentation for request details.

Best practices

  1. Read the Super Admin notice before you change email or password.
  2. Keep the phone number accurate for owner verification; it is not shown to partners.
  3. Share invitation links only after signup settings match how you recruit (open vs invite-only).
  4. Do not reuse example ?ref= URLs from documentation.
  5. Leave API Access off on the main account unless you need it; treat any key as a password.
  6. Use Branding Settings for the public network name partners see in the portal and emails.
