Team Members Settings

Team members are internal OffZio staff — managers and Super Admins who operate the network. They are not publishers and not advertisers. You create them so someone can own partner relationships, appear in Assign to Team Member on advertiser and publisher forms, and sign in with a staff role.

Nearby Settings items such as Roles & Permissions and Teammate Portal configure roles and what teammates see. This article covers only the Team Members list and the add form. It does not document those other pages.

What team members are

A Network Admin uses Team Members to:

  1. Add internal staff who can log in to OffZio.
  2. Give each person a role (for example Manager or Super Admin).
  3. Search, export, and maintain the staff list.
  4. Impersonate a teammate, suspend access, or remove a record when needed.

Note: To add an advertising partner or an affiliate, use Add an Advertiser or Add a Publisher. Do not create those accounts as team members.

Who can manage team members

Only a Network Admin or Super Admin should add, impersonate, suspend, or delete team members. Confirm your role on the sidebar profile card if you are unsure. It should show a name and role such as OffZio Admin · Network Admin or Super Admin.

Note: Be especially careful with Super Admin accounts and with your own user. Suspending or deleting the wrong staff record can lock your team out of the network.

How to open Team Members

  1. Sign in as a Network Admin or Super Admin.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  3. Under Team & Access, click Team Members.

The title is Team Members. The subtitle reads: Manage your team members and their roles.

How to read the list

Each row is one staff account. Columns:

  1. Checkbox — Select one or more rows when your workflow uses bulk actions.
  2. Member — Avatar initials, display name, and numeric id.
  3. Email — Login email.
  4. Role — For example Manager or Super Admin. Roles come from Roles & Permissions.
  5. Status — For example Active.
  6. Country — From the member’s address, if it was filled.
  7. Actions — The three-dot menu.

For illustration only, a list might show Sagor Ahmed as Manager and OffZio Admin as Super Admin. Your live list shows your own staff.

The footer shows pagination such as Showing X to Y of Z results, with Previous and Next.

Search, filter, export, and refresh

  1. Search team members... — Find someone by name or email.
  2. Filter — Narrow the list when search alone is not enough.
  3. Export — Download the current list (respecting search and filters).
  4. Refresh — Reload after you add, edit, or suspend someone.
  5. + Add Team Member — Opens the create form.

Row actions

Open the three-dot menu on a row:

  1. Edit — Change that member’s profile, role, or status.
  2. Login As — Impersonate that teammate to see what their role can access.
  3. Suspend — Temporarily block their login without deleting the record.
  4. Delete — Permanently remove the team member. Shown as a destructive (red) action.

Note: Login As is impersonation. Finish your check, then return to your own Network Admin or Super Admin session before you change Settings, billing, or other staff accounts.

Note: Delete is permanent. Prefer Suspend when the person might return. Do not delete or suspend a Super Admin — or your own account — unless you are certain another Super Admin can still operate the network.

Add Team Member form

Click + Add Team Member. The title is Add Team Member. The subtitle reads: Add a new team member to your organization. Footer buttons are Cancel and Create Team Member.

Basic Information

  1. First Name (required)
  2. Last Name (required)
  3. Email (required) — This is the login email. It must be unique in OffZio.
  4. Phone (optional)

Contact Methods

Use + Add contact to store Telegram, Skype, WhatsApp, or other handles. Help text: Add Telegram, Skype, WhatsApp or other handles so assigned partners can reach this manager.

Security

  1. Password (required) — The teammate’s login password.
  2. Confirm Password (required) — Must match Password exactly.

Share the password through a secure channel. OffZio will not create the member if the two passwords differ.

Role & Status

  1. Role (required) — Choose from roles defined under Roles & Permissions. Examples you may see on the list include Manager and Super Admin. This article does not document how to build or edit those roles.
  2. Status (required) — Defaults to Active.

Tip: Give Super Admin only to people who should change Settings, billing, and other staff. Most day-to-day account managers should be a Manager (or another limited role you have defined).

Address Information

Optional: Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Country. Country appears on the Team Members list when it is filled.

After you create a team member

The new staff account appears in the list. You can then:

  1. Tell them to sign in with the Email and Password you set.
  2. Assign them as account manager on Add an AdvertiserAdd a Publisher, or when you edit those partners (Assign to Team Member).
  3. See their name on reports that group by Publisher Manager or Advertiser Manager (see Other Reports).

Best practices

  1. Use a unique work email the person actually checks.
  2. Assign the least privileged role that still lets them do the job.
  3. Add contact handles so advertisers and publishers know how to reach their manager.
  4. After you create a manager, assign them on the partner records they will own.
  5. Export the list for an internal access review; then Refresh after changes.
  6. Always leave Login As before you edit Roles, billing, or other team members.
